Inside the convent of San Salvi is the Museo del Cenacolo di Andrea del Sarto, a museum with works of various provenance gathered around Andrea del Sarto's fresco, a splendid Last Supper that was painted between 1520 and 1525. The museum is divided into four rooms: the gallery of the Mannerists, with a room dedicated to the Funeral Monument of San Giovanni Gualberto by Benedetto da Rovezzano at the end, the washbasin, the fireplace room (formerly the kitchen) and the refectory, which houses the most important works by Andrea del Sarto and Pontormo, in front of the great Last Supper.
