There is a funny story about San Pasquale Baylon. According to tradition, he was the guardian of young ladies searching for a husband but not only: it seems that women unsatisfied by their husbands' performances used to go and asked him for advice. Legend has it that one woman received from the saint the recipe of a drink able to arouse his man. It was a liqueur made of eggs and a marsala wine called "San Baylon", which is probably the origin of zabaione cream.
