0
The Jewish Museum of Bologna is located in the area of the former Jewish ghetto, in the 16th-century Palazzo Pannolini, divided into three distinct spaces for the permanent section and the section for temporary activities on the ground floor, and the documentation centre on the first floor. The permanent section focuses on the theme of Jewish identity and traces the historical events of the Jewish people over a period of almost 4,000 years. The second section includes spaces dedicated to exhibitions, meetings, debates and educational activities for children. The third section is the MEB Documentation Centre, consisting of a specialised library and a cultural and promotional centre linked to museums, universities, libraries and research centres.
