The Maramotti Collection is a private contemporary art collection, located in the historical headquarters of the Max Mara company, born from the desire of the brand's founder, Achille Maramotti. The Collection consists of a significant selection of over two hundred works that represent only part of the iconographic heritage built up over forty years of passionate collecting. There is also an Archive and an Art Library with over ten thousand items including volumes (artists' books, monographs, essays, catalogues) and documents from various collections. As well as presenting a permanent exhibition, the Collection organises temporary exhibitions and invites international artists to carry out site-specific projects.
