Natalia Ginzburg’s house –

Natalia Levi, better known by her husband Leone Ginzburg's adopted surname, was one of 20th-century Italy's most important writers. Born in Palermo in 1916, at the age of three she moved alongside her family to Turin, taking residence at the "Crocetta", at number 24 of via Pastrengo. The Levis' home and its surrounding garden no longer exist... and Natalia's mother, who was never fond of the house, would certainly take solace in that. In its place now stands a more modern building.
