National Archaeological Museum of Florence – The best of Tuscany’s excavations

0
The National Archaeological Museum in Florence, housed in the Palazzo della Crocetta, contains the best of the excavations from all over Tuscany, but also finds from Lazio and Umbria, with very important Etruscan and Roman finds, and collections from other civilisations. These include an important Egyptian section and one with Greek vases, many of which were found in Etruscan tombs, testifying to the numerous trade exchanges in the Mediterranean.
