The Opera Museum, housed in the Casa della Musica-Palazzo Cusani, illustrates four centuries of musical opera in Parma through objects, posters, photographs, videos, music and computer tools. Dedicated to a wide range of audiences, from simple enthusiasts to specialists, the Museum is divided into four rooms: the first two are dedicated to the evolution of musical theatre in Parma and its protagonists, the third and fourth to Giuseppe Verdi, with particular reference to his relationship with Parma and Verdi's culture in the city.
