Palazzo Baldeschi al Corso – One museum for three collections
Palazzo Baldeschi al Corso, acquired by the Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Perugia in 2002 for cultural and exhibition purposes, currently houses three permanent museum collections: the Renaissance Majolica Collection, a collection of 147 items; the Marabottini Collection, a donation of over 700 works, including paintings, sculptures, drawings, engravings, miniatures, waxes, glass, ivories, porcelain and furnishings, mainly from the 16th to the 20th century; Finally, the Foundation's historical collection, consisting of over 200 works by Umbrian artists, or artists who worked in Umbria, including Perugino, Pinturicchio, Matteo da Gualdo, Nicolo di Liberatore known as the Pupil, Signorelli, Cerrini and others.
