Through the main entrance of Palazzo Berardi you can see a water clock in the courtyard. The clock is one of the two in the city (the other one is in Pincio) and it was installed in 1870 by the Dominican priest and schoar, Giovanni Battista Embriaco. The clock is enclosed in a shell with 4 caryatids on the sides supporting 2 marble busts.
