0
The Museo romagnolo del teatro is a museum located inside Palazzo Gaddi, in the richly decorated rooms on the ground floor. The collection includes materials, instruments and memorabilia related to the musical and theatrical life in Forlì between the 19th and 20th century and to its protagonists. The original nucleus consists of various objects, such as stage costumes, photographs and letters, from donations by the heirs of the Forlì tenor Angelo Masini and the soprano Maria Farneti. There are also memorabilia from the Municipal Theatre of Forlì, built by the architect Cosimo Morelli, inaugurated in 1776 and destroyed in 1944 after a bombing.
