The rose garden of Santa Giustina houses about one hundred specimens of roses, which differ in shape, colour and scent, placed in a thematic order to allow for a better appreciation of them. The roses come from many different countries and there are some dedicated to famous people, such as Saint Anthony or Beatrice d'Este. The best time to appreciate their beauty is certainly in the morning, when the flowers are almost half open, preferably at a temperature between 18 and 22 degrees, because the composition and intensity of the scent changes during the day.
