Number 97 Corso Vittorio Emanuele II houses the headquarters of the Gremio dei Sarti, a guild recognisable by the symbol of scissors and a golden yellow damask banner. This guild, whose patron saint is Our Lady of Monserrat, takes part in the traditional Descent of the Candlesticks every year on 14 August. Its candlestick is distinguished from others by its baroque style with a spiral motif along the upper part of the shaft. Four medallions on the lower part depict the Madonna of Monserrat, San Gavino, Sant'Antonio and Sant'Omobono. A burning brazier stands out at the top.
