At the crossing of Viale dei Quattro Venti with Via San Calepodio, there is the house of Marquess Luca de Marchettis. It is said that he was possessed by the devil and one day a priest tried to release him through exorcism. The nobleman escaped and jumped out of the window; before hitting the ground he said "I will be back" and died. Since then, several people claim to have seen the spirit of a man wearing a smoking. Moreover, noises coming from the house can be heard and lights turning on can be seen through the windows of the Marquess' office. Often, a dull thud can be heard, as something fell on the ground.
