Urban Kisses – Corrado Levi’s masterpiece
At number 19 of via Palazzo di Città, the artist Corrado Levi (in collaboration with the Cliostraat artists' collective) left the artwork titled "Urban Kisses": a metal piercing, 7.5 feet across, installed on the building's façade at second-floor height. Where the metal "pierces" the building's masonry the wall appears to leak two lines of trickling blood, one red, one blue: a nod to Turin's dual nature of both noble and proletarian city.
