For a long time Via Caprarie was the crossroads of international jazz in Bologna, thanks to the presence at number 3 of Alberto Alberti's Disclub. For this reason, following the idea of linking the city's celebrities to the memorable places they have frequented, it was decided to turn it into the "jazz street", a sort of Hollywood Boulevard of Bolognese jazz that would remember the stars who have walked along it. Every year a marble star is placed on the pavement, one per year, starting in 2011 with the one dedicated to Chet Baker.
