Villa Olmo is an imposing neoclassical building in Como, designed by architect Simone Cantoni. The villa was used as a setting for the shooting of some scenes of the film "Innamorato pazzo" (1981) by Adriano Celentano. In the film, the beautiful Cristina (Ornella Muti), princess of the small kingdom of Saint Tulipe, is on a state visit to Rome with her entire royal family. As she gets on an ordinary bus, she meets someone who will change her life: a crazy and nice driver named Barnaba Cecchini (Adriano Celentano), who falls in love with her instantly and decides to conquer the girl.
