Villa Torlonia – The hidden burial
A few buried corpses have been found in the kitchen of the underground bunker of Casino Nobile in Villa Torlonia. They can be dated back to the 2nd century and they were buried face down, a position that implied serious crimes. Moreover, urns were also found inside a wall nearby.
