At Vittorio Formentano Park (also known as Largo Marinai d'Italia) there is a statue dedicated to blood donors. It was made by a Hungarian artist and it represents two persons embracing. The two figures gently search for each other, symbolising the act of "give, donate ourselves to the others", with also the feet crossed as to shout out loud "mine".
